At the outset of Halo 3, Master Chief returns to Earth, landing in East Africa. The Covenant is aiming to activate a terrifying Forerunner artifact and it's up to the Chief and the UNSC to stop him from causing massive destruction.
The Halo 3 PC launch won't just include the game, mind — gamers are also getting access to the powerful Forge editor according to a press release. You can probably look forward to an explosion of custom maps in the first few weeks of its launch.
