At the Guerrilla Collective, once the stream started working again, we were all greeted with a cat riding a skateboard killing long-limbed unicorns, using blades or something that shoot out of the skateboard. This is why we all love video games right? Gori: Cuddly Carnage promises to be full of gore, blood, glitter, toys, unicorns, cute stuff, more gore, and a lot of other adult content.
The skateboard is actually a hoverboard names F.R.A.N.K., and you'll have commentary from a depressed AI named CH1-P that constantly complains as you continue your mayhem. That cast gets thrown into a battle against the forces of cute evil that wiped out all humans and did untold damage to the planet—The Adorable Army, mutated toys that are out for blood.
In addition to the destruction of all the cute and cuddly toys, the environments should fly to bits around you as cat and hoverboard flail about. The third person action will be accompanied by adaptable music that will change depending on what you do on screen, attempting to match your playstyle.
Gori: Cuddly Carnage entered alpha back in May, so development still has a ways to go. Keep an eye out for future updates the closer we get to its release.
As of now, Gori: Cuddly Carnage does not yet have a release date and is being developed by Angry Demon Studio, the team behind Unforgiving - A Northern Hymn and Apsulov: End of Gods.
