If you enjoy running around the jungle and getting attacked by bugs, you'd probably get a kick out of Green Hell. It's a single-player game for now, but you'll soon be able to enjoy Green Hell co-op and trudge through the jungle with your friends!
Check out the Green Hell Co-op Trailer to see this new gameplay in action:
Up to four players will be able to play together at the same time. While the character models will look somewhat similar, each player will have distinctive clothing colors and beards so it's easy to tell who is who. Invitations will be integrated into Steam, making it easy as pie to play together with your friends.
This isn't just slapping three other players into the game, mind. As the trailer shows, you'll be able to cooperate in building and handling various other activities in the game. One particular point highlighted by a press release is that you can remove leeches from your friends, a generous act that will show you who your real friends are.
Green Hell co-op mode will be supplemented by an in-game chat system and redesigned menus, too. This will make playing with friends as painless as possible. (The game, however, will continue to be filled with pain.)
When Does Green Hell Co-Op Arrive?
If you're keen on enjoying some neat jungle survival action with your friends, you won't have to wait too long — Green Hell co-op arrives April 7, 2020.
The brand-new multiplayer mode is being added as a free update for all players at the time. If you don't yet already own Green Hell, you can buy it on Steam right now at the price of $24.99 or your regional equivalent.
