The Gori: Cuddly Carnage console versions have just been announced, which means that you'll be able to skateboard and cut off unicorn heads on Switch, PlayStation, Xbox, and PC. Previously, the game was only announced for PC, but a weird game like this needs to find as wide an audience as possible. I mean, aren't you interested in a third-person ultraviolent skate slasher where you're a murdering feline who slice and dices your way through creepy toys and mutilated unicorns? Let's check it out, shall we?
What is the Gori: Cuddly Carnage release window?
The Gori: Cuddly Carnage console versions and PC release has received a rough release window of sometime in 2023. Obviously this is not very precise, but it's better than no release window at all, right? Creating a skateboarding hack and slasher takes time, especially when you consider that this game is especially gori. Sorry, not sorry.
What is Gori: Cuddly Carnage?
Gori: Cuddly Carnage is a third-person ultraviolent skate-slasher where you'll be able to slice and dice creepy toys and mutated unicorns as a murdering feline on a death-dealing hoverboard. The reason that this cuddly carnage is even happening is that there's a horde of bloodthirsty toys known as The Adorable Army, which has wiped out all humans and laid waste to everything on Earth that wasn't cute or cuddly enough to join its ranks. Only Gori, who has a sentient hoverboard named F.R.A.N.K. and a modular AI CH1-P, can stop The Adorable Army and its leaders.
If you want to check out this insane-sounding game, there's currently a demo available on Steam. Interestingly, the soundtrack is also already available for 7 American dollarydoos months before the game is out, so if you want to rock out after you've played through the demo you have that option. It's over 55 minutes long and includes 18 tracks, which is a decent amount of bang for your buck.
