Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery

Today developer MICA Team announced that its tactical RPG Reverse Collapse: Code Name Bakery is getting a beta test.

If you're unfamiliar with the name, it's a spin-off of the super-popular mobile RPG Girls' Frontline set 30 years in the future in the same universe. It's a remake of the popular doujin game Code Name: Bakery Girl, which is MICA Team’s first game and the origin of the Girls’ Frontline franchise.

It's supposed to come to PC via Steam, Nintendo Switch, iOS, and Android, albeit the beta is only for the Steam version.

According to the announcement, testing will be hosted between March 10 and March 14, 2023. In order to apply, candidates are required to join the developer's Discord Server and fill up this Google Form

If you're selected, you'll receive an activation code on the day the test starts. Only 1,000 testers will be selected randomly. Below, you can read a Q&A provided by the developer.

Q: What exciting content can I expect to experience in this test?

A: Get ready to dive into the action-packed first scene of the game, featuring seven small chapters of thrilling gameplay. The story of the bread factory will officially begin! And to cater to different player preferences, we offer three difficulty modes to choose from: leisure, standard, and challenge.

Q: How can I join this test?

A: This test is available through limited recruitment, so make sure to fill out the recruitment questionnaire in this post to apply. We'll randomly select 1000 players to participate, so don't be discouraged if you don't get in. Keep an eye on our Steam wishlist for future updates, as we'll be expanding the test in the future.

Q: How will I know if I'm selected for the test?

A: If you're selected for the test, you'll receive an email containing your test activation code and branch password before 4:00 PM on the day of the test. Make sure to enter your information accurately and keep it safe! Since qualifications are distributed manually, there may be some delays. We'll keep you informed of the specific distribution progress in the discord

Q: Can I share or upload videos and screenshots related to this test with others?

A: We ask that you keep the operation confidential and do not upload any screenshots or videos related to the test to public platforms. However, feel free to communicate and exchange with other players in the testing group. Protect your personal account information security and avoid sharing or trading any operation accounts. For more information on testing rules, please refer to the NDA.
