A Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint free weekend has been announced by Ubisoft in a press release. Furthermore, the company added that they'll be giving away Child of Light completely for free via Uplay for those of us stuck at home.
All About the Ghost Recon Breakpoint Free Weekend
Episode 2 of Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint is all set to arrive tomorrow. This brand-new batch of content is set to introduce Sam Fisher from Splinter Cell in a special set of missions aimed at taking down a mysterious new adversary.
To celebrate this new content, Ubisoft will be running a Ghost Recon Breakpoint free weekend from March 26–29, 2020. Players on PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One will be able to access all of the new content that's coming in Title Update 2.0 for the duration of the event.
What else is on the way? Well, players will be able to choose from the new Echelon and Engineer classes in this update, for one. Much like Sam Fisher, the Echelon class focuses on stealth, utilizing its Sonar Vision ability to detect enemies through walls and disrupt drones. The Engineer, meanwhile, deals more damage to drones and can deploy drones of its own to support the team.
Grab Child of Light Free on Uplay
A free weekend for Ghost Recon isn't all that's coming! Ubisoft has also announced via their Twitter that they'll be giving the stellar platformer Child of Light away on Uplay, completely for free. The game will only be available for the next four days, so you certainly don't want to wait to grab it!
