Genshin Impact update 1.4 was the focus of the latest developer discussion including announcements for Condensed Resin, Adventure Rank, weapon upgrades, crafting bench in co-op, mail favorites system, and more. There are ten answered questions in total, so let's go through them one by one.

The first question asks if the Condensed Resin cap will increase to four, and in Version 1.4 the amount of Condensed Resin that a player can have at once will be increased. This will be first discussed in detail during the upcoming Version 1.4 Sneak Peak Livestream.

The second question asks about how a player has Condensed Resin in their inventory and cannot enter a Domain due to insufficient Resin. This will be fixed in Version 1.4, and if players have Condensed Resin while entering a Domain, they will no longer receive notifications about having insufficient Resin.

The third question asked the developers what the current maximum Adventure Rank is. It's 60, and excess Adventure EXP gained after hitting Adventure Rank 60 in Version 1.4 will be converted into Mora.

The fourth question states that a player has increased their World Level to continue leveling their Adventure Rank. They regret it now, and they want to decrease it. The developers then explained that they have a solution to that, which will be shown in the upcoming Version 1.4 Sneak Peak Livestream.

The fifth question asks if the devs will improve the weapon upgrade system, which will be done in future updates with improvements such as increasing the number of slots of weapon upgrade materials.

The sixth question has a player complaining about the Crafting Bench being unusable in Co-Op Mode, which will be made available in a future patch.

The seventh question has a player wanting to save all their birthday mail, and the devs responded by explaining that a mail favorites system is in the works.

The eighth question wants players to be able to have a re-challenge button in the Spiral Abyss. There was no confirmation that this will be added, but there will be improvements made to the Spiral Abyss in Version 1.4, so be sure to watch the Sneak Peak Livestream for more details.

The ninth question wants the option to locate Co-Op teammates faster, which is on the developer's to-do list.

And finally, question ten is a doozy featuring a good amount of in-game lingo, so here's the full question and answer:

Q10: After Xiao uses his Elemental Burst, does his Elemental Skill still generate Elemental Particles?
A10: After Xiao activates "Bane of All Evil," using "Lemniscatic Wind Cycling" on enemies will not generate Elemental Particles so long as he dons his yaksha mask. It should generate Elemental Particles under any other circumstances.
This situation is similar to Razor's, in which his Elemental Skill "Claw and Thunder" will not generate Elemental Particles while his Elemental Burst is active.
