It will soon be time to watch Jeff Keighley celebrate the world of gaming on stage -- The Game Awards 2021 date has been set for December 2021, and this year's show is gonna be a real banger.

The Game Awards are an annual show created by the Dorito Pope himself, Geoff Keighley. Keighley was previously involved in production of events at E3, and that experience has clearly translated into his own homegrown show. It rapidly became popular, increasing viewership by 73% in just a single year.

As one might expect, last year's show was a little bit different than usual due to the ongoing pandemic. Still, there were a ton of trailers and announcements at last year's show including a first look at Dragon Age 4, the announcement of Sephiroth for Super Smash Bros. Ultimate, and more.

Naturally, the show is returning once again this year (sans the production changes due to the pandemiic). This year's show will once again feature The Game Awards Orchestra on stage, playing music from some of your favorite video games as part of the show. Best of all, you won't have to wait too long to watch it -- The Game Awards 2021 date is in a little over two months.

I've had a controller in my hand since I was 4 and I haven't stopped gaming since. CCGs, Tabletop Games, Pen & Paper RPGs - I've tried a whole bunch of stuff over the years and I'm always looking to try more!
