Game Awards 2015: Rocket League Coming to Xbox One in 2016

Rocket League had an incredible launch on the Playstation 4 as one of the free games with Playstation Plus but gamers have been wondering if the Soc-Car phenomenon would be hitting the Microsoft console. Well the official confirmation dropped today at the Game Awards.

Coming off the victory in the Best Indie Game category, Psyonix has announced Rocket League is coming to the Xbox One console. The Xbox editon of the game brings with it two exclusive With two special cars, the Gears of War Armadillo and the Halo Hogsticker.

Rumors of the title were already floating around when it was reported that the ESRB rated the Xbox One edition earlier this week, but Xbox gamers will certainly be glad to have the official news and an approximate date of release.

Rocket League will be coming to the Xbox One in February 2016 and we will bring you more details as they come.
