Epic Games is releasing the Chapter 4 Season 2 update for its massively popular battle royale game Fortnite.
Following the teaser trailer released earlier last night, we get to take a look at the environments, skins, and gear that players will encounter with the new season (and the new season pass) within the game, including the Attack on Titan collaboration featuring hero Eren Yeager.
The aesthetic of the update and it's name "Mega" certainly lean into the Japanese cyberpunk aesthetic rather heavily, which many will undoubtedly find very appealing.

We also get a cinematic trailer showing off a lot of the skins and gears that players will be able to enjoy with the update in a more cinematic fashion.
Fortnite is currently available for PC, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and Android. It can also be played via cloud on Xbox Cloud Gaming and GeForce Now.
The game debuted in early access in 2017 and has since become one of the most popular titles in the world, eclipsing the success of previous Battle Royale games like PUBG. It's also the centerpiece of Epic Games' strategy with the Epic Games Store (about which we saw some interesting stats today) and a showcase of the capability of its Unreal Engine 5.
