Its official, Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes has sold over one million copies worldwide in less than two months since its release. Not only is this a phenomenal feat to reach in itself, but they have reached this milestone in even less time than the game's predecessor, Fire Emblem Warriors.
The milestone includes both digital and physical copies sold, though we are unsure which one exactly pulled the best numbers. Regardless, this is a huge success for the developers and publishers at Omega Force and Team Ninja. Fire Emblem Warriors was released in September of 2017, and sold 1 million copies over a span of 7 months, making this Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes release not only a smash hit but it is pulling in numbers that the previous game did not see for quite some time after release. More so, the game sold exactly 97,538 physical copies during the first week it was released in Japan, making it the bestselling retail game in the entire country that week.

For those who aren't sure what Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes is, it is a hack-and-slash RPG that features gameplay similar to the Dynasty Warriors series. Players will take on the lives of characters from three separate houses and play three entirely different storylines; Scarlet Blaze, Azure Gleam, and Golden Wildfire.
