Today Square Enix had a couple of juicy reveals to share related to its upcoming mainline Final Fantasy game Final Fantasy XVI.
First of all, we get to enjoy a music track from the game titled "Find the Flame," by the prolific composer Masayoshi Soken, whom you likely know for his awesome work on Final Fantasy XIV. I'm sure that I won't spoil any surprise if I say that it's exceptionally good. You can stream it from a variety of services.
On top of that, the publisher also shared the full schedule of the Final Fantasy XVI pre-launch celebration that will be hosted on June 11 starting at 4:00 p.m. PDT, 7:00 p.m. EDT, midnight BST, or 1:00 am CEST on the following day.
The event, as you can see below, will include a Producer's Keynote with Naoki Yoshida and three more panels focusing on the combat system, the narrative, and the music.
While it isn't mentioned, I also expect the developer to drop the game's demo during the celebration, but this is just my personal speculation, so please take it with the customary grain of salt.

Final Fantasy XVI is coming for PS5 on June 22. If you'd like to learn more, you can read my preview and enjoy our interview with producer Naoki Yoshida and art director Hiroshi Minagawa.
Speaking of Final Fantasy news, just yesterday we saw a new trailer of Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, which will release in early 2024 creating a rather powerful one-two punch. It'll actually likely be one-two-three since we shouldn't be too far from the next expansion for Final Fantasy XIV, about which we'll likely start hearing more at the upcoming North American fanfest in July.
