June is shaping up to be the month for Square Enix news. With updates for Kingdom Hearts and Final Fantasy XV rolled out, the gaming giant has also shown that they haven’t forgotten about their much-loved MMO, Final Fantasy XIV Online.

Ahead of the release of the Stormblood expansion pack on June 20, Square Enix has announced they are partnering with the Red Cross to launch a blood drive at E3 from June 13 to the 15. The vehicle will be decked out to artistically match Stormblood, and donors will receive a commemorative shirt as a thank you. For more information visit the Square Enix website for dates, times and information on how to make a donation appointment.

Coinciding with the start of early access for Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood on June 16, the PlayStation 3 service for the game will be shut down and automatic upgrades will be halted. However, players are eligible for a free upgrade to the PlayStation 4 version of the game if they do not already possess it. The upgrade can be accessed by logging in to the Mog Station and following the instructions provided.

Also starting on June 16 to coincide with the Stormblood expansion, Square Enix will be bringing Final Fantasy XIV to Real Escape Game locations across the United States. Entitled “Trials of Bahamut,” the immersive experience is for parties of 6 players and involves teamwork and puzzle-solving to complete the challenges before Bahamut awakes to wreak havoc. Lasting 60 minutes long, the adventure will be available in the following cities:

• Los Angeles, CA - June 16 - 28, 2017 • Anime Expo in Los Angeles, CA - July 1 - 3, 2017 • San Francisco, CA - July 12 - 16, 2017 • Seattle, WA - July 21 - 23, 2017 • Phoenix, AZ - August 4 - 6, 2017 • Houston, TX - August 25 - 26, 2017 • Orlando, FL September 22 - 23, 2017 • Chicago, IL - September 29 - 30, 2017 • New York, NY - October 20 - 21, 2017
