EA announces a new Need For Speed. EA says they are combining all of the best aspects of past Need For Speed games. The open world is going to be twice the size of Rivals, from winding hills to city streets. EA says the new Need For Speed will have the most in depth customization to date. Need For Speed will be using the Frostbyte Engine to bring its world to life. Coming out November 3, 2015.
Need For Speed will feature 5 overlapping stories, that are focused around 5 real world icons, no word yet on who those icons are. EA states there are 5 ways to play "Speed, Build, Crew, Style and Outlaw". Need For Speed will have a full day and night cycle and a real weather system, and as all Need For Speed games, cops to chase you down when driving a bit too recklessly.
