Our show for Nintendo's E3 2014 Press Conference starts with a bang as Iwata and Reggie go all out in a fight before moving to the big screen as their Mii's begin brawling in Super Smash Bros.

Masahiro Sakarai announces that "Mii Fighter" is a new character, where a player can add their own personas to the battle. Each Mii has been tailored with one of three different types of fighters. This was an idea thought of for the Wii version but the feel of Miis fighting was dismissed. Brawler are fast and powerful, no weapons. Swordfighters have swords and will hunt down their foes. Gunners have arm cannons that fire a lot of interesting projectiles.

Each type has 4 special moves from 12 options. This means 36 possible moves that is the equivalent of 9 different fighter worth of moves. Now you can use Miis to creater personas of famous characters.

3DS version is almost complete but there are also balancing issues being worked on, they are working on all aspects of the game to perfect it.

There is a new adventure mode where a character will progress through levels in an over world much like a mario game. The Air Ride like mode where you collect badges in an open world to then contribute to a final fight. Many more features and game modes are to come with the release. This is the first handheld version of the franchise. This will also be the first game to use amiibo technology.
