Media Molecule took to the sony stage to give a gameplay demo of the just announced Little Big Planet 3.
Sackboy is returning to the PS4 - looking prettier and more detailed than ever - this time joined by a number of pals to help him get through levels. There's Oddsock, Toggle and Swoop, each one adheres to the patchwork aesthetic and brings something new to the table (like double jumping or a bit of flight). These additions could make co-op really interesting.
The level on show was LittleBigPlanet through and through, carrying on the series' trademark charm and physics based platforming. This even includedo the whole thing looking floaty and fiddly, like the games are. However, the personality on offer was wonderful and Media Molecule gave a charming demonstration.
After the demo it was also announced that players will have access to every LBP 1 and 2 created level at launch.
