Dying Light's Enhanced Edition launches February 9th as a free update alongside its expansion Dying Light: The Following. The enhanced edition consists of a variety of changes including updated graphics, better parkour physics and better zombie AI. Last week even more information about the update was released talking about the inclusion of 250 Legendary levels for those who already have maxed out characters. Today more information was revealed on what players can expect in the form of bounties.

Bounties have been added into the game as a way to keep the game interesting and give you something new to do every time you hop into the game. Before you are able to play any of the challenges though you need to make sure that you have finished the main story line. These bounties are going to be divided into three different categories: basic bounties, dailies, and community challenges.

The basic bounties are bounties that don't have any time limit and will be something you can complete as you progress through normal gameplay. Some examples that are given of what you should expect from these are "getting x amount of zombie kills" or "how many night time chases you're able to escape from".

The daily bounties are ones that will have a limit to one day and will reset when the clock runs out. These will change every day so you can always come back and expect to find something new to check out. The example of this is to climb the tallest building in the world, the problem there is that they wont give you any additional information so finding the spot will be up to you.

The final type of new bounty is the community challenge. This will be a larger goal that everyone playing Dying Light will have to help contribute to. As long as you have participated in the challenge in some way once the limit has been reached then you will all gain bonuses.

What do you think of the changes that they are adding to Dying Light? Are you going to be buying Dying Light for this, or look forward to your free upgrade?
