Capcom has officially announced no less than two new titles; DmC Devil May Cry: Definitive Edition and Devil May Cry 4 Special Edition.
DmC Definitive Edition will be coming to PlayStation 4, Xbox One on March 17th, 2015 for $39.99 or your regional equivalent.
It will feature 60 frames per second at 1080p on both consoles, all the DLC released so far, rebalanced and repolished gameplay, no less than 4 new modes, a new difficulty level, new costumes, updated trophies/achievements, new leaderboards and, finally, next-gen sharing functionality.
The original DmC Devil May Cry released in January 2013 to critical acclaim, though some fans of the series, were very unhappy with the new direction it was being taken. It shall be interesting to see if the next full Devil May Cry game will continue down this path, or return to its roots.
Capcom has promised a new trailer for DmC: Definitive edition by the end of the day, and we will be updating to bring you the trailer as soon as possible! EDIT: Here it is folks, as promised.
