Are you ready to die at a young age? If you're still not willing to take that risk, then instead you could play Die Young, a first-person survival parkour game that will be leaving Early Access on September 12th.

In Die Young you play as Daphne, a woman who is kidnapped and taken to a mysterious island in the Mediterranean. After surviving being buried alive, her goal is to find and save her friends and escape the island, hopefully not dying along the way. The game features first-person melee combat, and simple survival elements where you need to keep your character fed and hydrated. There is also an open world where you will be exploring the island and attempting to figure out a way to escape, and also finding tools that you can use to assist in your survival.

Both developed and published by former storefront IndieGala, Die Young originally entered Early Access on June 5th, 2017. The original plan was to remain in Early Access until July 2019, but it seems there was a slight delay bringing it to September. On the list of improvements includes more quests, more enemies, boss fights, and a system of hallucinations where the player will have to fight off imaginary mind monsters. IndieGala has also published other games such as Red Rope: Don't Fall Behind, TITANS: Dawn of Tribes, and Downward.

If you're interested, you can currently purchase the Early Access version of Die Young on Steam for the prices of $19.99, with the full release on September 12th. If you're still not sure if the game is for you, a free prologue is also available to try out.

Are you going to be picking up the full game? Interested at all? Planning to die at a ripe old age rather than while you're young? Let us know in the comments below!
