DCS World fans have been waiting for the F-15E Strike Eagle module by Razbam for a long time, and the clock is now ticking on the highly-anticipated release.
The popular third-party developer announced that pre-orders for the iconic multirole strike fighter will begin on February 3. An actual release date is still unknown, but there's a solid chance that it'll be revealed when pre-orders start. Pricing information is still pending as well, but this is unlikely to be cheap.
At the moment, we know that the F-15E Strike Eagle will launch this year, providing a new multirole option for those who enjoy piloting NATO aircraft in the popular PC flight simulator. That's especially true for virtual pilots who are partial to full-fidelity modules with all the bells and whistles to provide an in-depth simulation experience.
Razbam has accompanied the announcement with a brand new trailer, showing the Strike Eagle in action in its element. You can watch it below.
DCS World is currently available only for PC and the base simulator can be downloaded for free either via the developer's own site or Steam. If you'd like to see more, you can also enjoy the trailer teasing what Eagle Dynamics has in store for 2023 and beyond. In the meanwhile, another popular developer, Heatblur, is preparing to launch the F-4E Phantom and working on the Eurofighter Typhoon.
