Horror-themed alchemy simulator My Lovely Daughter is coming to Nintendo Switch. The game will land on the Nintendo eShop on May 23rd.

My Lovely Daughter centers on Faust, an amnesiac alchemist who regains consciousness in a house beside the corpse of his daughter. Faust's only memory is his tremendous love for his child, so he sets about attempting to revive her using his knowledge of alchemy. To do so, he must create and murder countless homunculi in order to create a new soul for his daughter. Along the way, players might also discover the source of Faust's amnesia. Check out the trailer for My Lovely Daughter on Switch below:

Gameplay-wise, My Lovely Daughter combines narrative decision-making with management and life simulator elements. The game allows players to raise dozens of different "daughters", each with their own personality traits depending on the homunculi used to create them. Decisions players make in the story will directly impact the gameplay and affect the ending. Along the way, there are plenty of secrets to unlock and letters between characters to read. As far as we know the game won't have any features unique to the Switch.

My Lovely Daughter launches for Nintendo Switch on May 23rd. If you're interested in the game, you can pre-order it right now from the Nintendo eShop. It'll be available at a 33% pre-order discount, so if you know you want to play My Lovely Daughter on Switch then now's the time to grab it. You can also follow the game's official Twitter and Facebook pages if you're so inclined. If you're still on the fence, check out TechRaptor's review of the game.

Dark Souls changed my life, and I'm here to spread the good news. I like pretty much all sorts of games, but I judge everything by its proximity to our Lord and saviour, Dark Souls.
