Thanks to the ESRB listing for Cyberpunk 2077, we now know arguably the most important piece of information regarding CD Projekt Red's upcoming RPG: you can customize the size of your genitals.
Naturally, the ESRB rating for the game is M, as you might expect for a CD Projekt Red title. The ESRB says the game allows for "various sizes and combinations" of genitals, which is a rather intriguing sentence. Character customization can include "depictions of breasts, buttocks, and genitalia", according to the ESRB. If you've been hoping for the chance to dive into Cyberpunk 2077 safe in the knowledge that your character's genitals are as accurate as possible to your original vision, your prayers have been answered.
What else is in store for us in Cyberpunk 2077?
The rating tells us much more than just the aforementioned genital-related info, though. As you might expect, Cyberpunk 2077 sounds pretty dark. Some locations "depict mutilated corpses" in various states of dismemberment or disembowelment. One quest apparently involves hammering nails through a character's hands and feet. Rather curiously, the ESRB says this action "assist[s]" said character. Naturally, Cyberpunk 2077 also contains plenty more violence, sexual content, and drug references. Rest assured that this won't be a watered-down experience for the sake of saving delicate palettes.
Cyberpunk 2077 is a first-person RPG created by Witcher studio CD Projekt Red. It's due to hit PC, PlayStation 4, and Xbox One in September this year, with a release for Xbox Series X to follow. If you're hungry for more info about the game, you may not have too long to wait. The official Cyberpunk 2077 Twitter account yesterday teased that more info would be coming on June 11th. We don't yet know exactly what's coming as part of that presentation, but we'll bring you more on it as soon as we get it.
