Code Vein Hellfire Knight

The first of the three parts of the season pass for Code Vein, titled Hellfire Knight, has finally released today. This first part brings with it new story content, new customization options, and new side content to complete. Code Vein Hellfire Knight is available right now on PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Steam.

Code Vein Hellfire Knight opens up a new area in The Depths named Fiery Oblivion for players to complete. The new content comes with story elements, the new Hellfire Knight boss himself, and the Horror Hunting Trials. The Horror Hunting Trials will be unique challenges that upon completion will reward players with new partner costumes for Louis and Io, brand new weapons, a new blood code, new character creation options, and a bunch more. The new Hellfire Knight boss himself will also provide a new major challenge for players to overcome by putting all they have learned from the original game to work for them.

As of now we do not know exactly what form the remaining parts of the season pass will come in; whether they will be similar to Hellfire Knight or each be different types of content additions. We also still do not have a firm date for the remaining two parts of the season pass, but Bandai Namco has stated that both will be coming in "early 2020". If we base "early 2020" on being the first quarter of the year then it's likely we will get the last two parts of the season pass in February and March. Although things can always change, especially in the games industry. You can pick up Code Vein Hellfire Knight as a standalone DLC for $9.99 or as part of the season pass for $24.99.

What would you like to see as part of the final two parts of the season pass? What has your experience been so far playing Code Vein Hellfire Knight
