Something called the Civilization 6 Leader Pass appears to have leaked, and it looks like DLC for the game that will let you play as four iconic rulers. The pass hasn't officially been announced yet, and the leak was hastily deleted from the site on which it appeared, but the internet is too fast to let that stop it.

This leak was spotted yesterday by Redditor zegalsp, who managed to find it on the Civilization 6 mobile site. At the time, it seems the Leader Pass was clearly visible on the main page of the site, although it's since been taken down, presumably in preparation for an official announcement soon.

So, which leaders does this Pass offer? Well, the artwork shows Pharaoh Ramesses II, also known as Ramesses the Great, as well as Nzinga of Ndongo and Matamba, Abraham Lincoln, and what appears to be Queen Elizabeth I. All of these leaders are known not only for their historical prominence, but also for their appearance in past Civilization games.

You could soon have a new Egyptian leader to choose in your next game of Civilization 6.

Unfortunately, visiting the Civilization 6 website right now doesn't yield any fruit in terms of the Leader Pass. With that said, the fact it was so hastily removed from the front page likely shows that it was a reveal accidentally uploaded before its time had come. Watch this space for more info in the next few days.

The Civilization 6 community remains extremely active, despite the game being over six years old at this point. There's a healthy and thriving modding scene, and users are utilizing the Map Maker feature to create all kinds of weird and wonderful things, including a full recreation of the Sinnoh region from Pokemon

Civilization 6 is available right now for PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch. The PS4 and Xbox One versions are playable on PS5 and Xbox Series X|S via backwards compatibility, and you can also get Civ 6 on iOS and Android if you prefer to play it on mobile.
