The Pokemon franchise has been celebrating its 25th anniversary in a variety of ways, such as with limited-edition OREO cookies and a fancy album. However, a newly-announced collaboration means fans will soon be able to get Pokemon Converse sneakers and other clothing items.

As would be expected from the Converse brand, the Pokemon Converse sneakers are the stars of the show. As HYPEBEAST reports, one of the main items in the collaboration is a new version of the Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star sneakers titled "First Partners." These sneakers feature a black canvas upper along with pictures of the four Kanto starter Pokemon (Bulbasaur, Charmander, Squirtle, and Pikachu.) The other Converse Chuck Taylor All-Star sneaker, "Poké Ball," is a colorway that comes in white and features the Kanto starters along with Jigglypuff and Meowth. A few other non-Chuck Taylor sneakers are more dedicated to specific Pokemon, with pink ones depicting Jigglypuff and yellow Pikachu-themed ones.

However, shoes aren't the only thing being sold in this Pokemon Converse collaboration. The stand-out piece among the non-shoes is a Pokemon 25th Celebration Tour hoodie, which features lightning decals across the front and back along with "tour stops" on the back, featuring the starters from every major region. Among the other non-shoe apparel, fans can pick up a sherpa-lined Jigglypuff crewneck, Pokemon Team, and Pikachu t-shirts, and a variety of accessories ranging from backpacks to camp caps.

The Pokemon Converse collection will be available on the Converse website and other retailers on December 10th.
