A Reddit user has datamined Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, revealing details about its upcoming battle royale mode. Senescallo, who's well-known for leaking Call of Duty details, dropped a whole host of information on the Modern Warfare subreddit including map zones, points of interest, and more.
If Senescallo is correct, the mode will simply be called "Battle Royale" and will support up to two hundred players. You'll be able to tackle it in solo playlists, duo playlists, and squads of four. Senescallo doesn't offer any details about how big the map will be, but it'll have fifteen distinct zones with points of interest including a bank, a gas station, and a police station.

Modern Warfare's battle royale mode respawn mechanic sounds interesting. To respawn a teammate, you'll need to loot a Respawn Token then drop the teammate's body near an ambulance. Once you've done that, your teammate will enter into a queue for the Gulag, a one-versus-one mode that offers a chance to respawn into the game. Whoever wins that match will get the chance to live again. At some point, the Gulag will close and you'll no longer be able to come back. Once you've respawned, you'll need to find a Mobile Armory if you want your stuff back.

If Senescallo's leak is correct, then Modern Warfare's battle royale mode will also launch with Missions. These involve specific tasks like taking down a player, capturing a domination point, or collecting certain scavenger crates. You'll need to discover Tablets hidden throughout the map if you want to take on these missions, and they'll grant you rewards for completing them. This being Call of Duty, there will also be Perks and Killstreak bonuses.
The full list of leaked details is still up on the Modern Warfare subreddit, so go take a look if you're interested. This is all still speculation; Infinity Ward and Activision haven't announced anything concrete yet. We'll let you know as soon as we know more.
