Giancarlo Esposito, an actor known for his roles in Breaking Bad, The Mandalorian, and Better Call Saul, has said that he has been working in a video game that required a "new style of acting". In a now-deleted Gamereactor article, that video game is Far Cry 6, which apparently will be revealed in Ubisoft Forward on July 12.
There's not much else to the article really, as it pretty much says that the role that Giancarlo Esposito was talking about is in fact Far Cry 6, which will most likely be revealed at Ubisoft Forward on July 12. We know it's coming out eventually, but that's all we know.
In any case, Ubisoft Forward will be taking place on July 12 at 12 PM PDT/9 PM CEST. It's apparently going to be an "E3-style showcase", and a Far Cry 6 announcement would definitely be a big announcement and undoubtedly the centerpiece of the show. As for what also could be announced, check out this list as possibilities for games that could be shown at the show.
I only watched the first two seasons of Breaking Bad, but I really enjoyed him in The Mandalorian. He's a really good actor and he'll probably nail whatever role he has going forward. It's always great to see good actors expanding their horizons, and with the Far Cry series famous for having good-to-excellent villains, Esposito could potentially be a great Far Cry villain. That isn't to say he will be, as acting is voodoo, but he definitely has the chops to accomplish whatever is needed from him. We'll have to see on July 12.
