Breach And Clear Deadline Header

The newest installment into the Breach & Clear franchise, DEADline, released today on Steam for $13.39US, or $20 after the 27th of July.

Breach & Clear is a hybrid tactical strategy game based on real-life special operations forces. DEADline adds a whole bunch of new elements, with a RTS element, Twin Stick Shooting, and RPG style looting and upgrading systems, in a zombie survival shooter environment.

Breach & Clear DEADline also has a new feature via suggestion from players in early access, co-op. When playing with your friends you get dropped into different parts of a zombie infested urban wasteland, where you have to link up with your squad, wipe out the virus' source, and escape with your life. There are also missions to clear out increasingly difficult areas of zombie with your limited resources. Along the way you can collect gear to create new weapons and gear, and use tactical knowledge, with its pause and plan system, to defeat the mutating hordes of zombie, and human survivors who see you as nothing but easy prey. The launch trailer is available below and is definitely worth your time.

Quick Take

The original Breach & Clear was an extremely tactical and smart game, released in 2013 originally as a mobile game, and coming over to the PC about a year later, where the game is arguably better suited. With DEADline adding a trove of new features, it really seems to be worth a look at the very least, and with a mostly positive review base on steam, I personally can't wait to get my hands on a copy.

Breach & Clear DEADline is now available on Steam for $20USD or for  $13.39USD until July 27th. The original Breach & Clear is available on iOS for $3.99USD, Android for $0.99USD and on Steam currently for  $4.49USD, or its original price of $14.99 after the 28th of July
