Looks like Blizzard needs to revise its vow of secrecy. More Blizzard BlizzConline leaks have revealed some new info about Diablo 4. Blizzard is going to release a Diablo 2 remake that will bring new visual and gameplay tweaks.
What Diablo info is in these Blizzard BlizzConline leaks?
This info comes to us via Redditor PracticalBrush, who has a pretty solid history when it comes to gaming leaks. There's a whole bunch of new Diablo 4 information in the leak. A new class, the Rogue, has been leaked. She's a super-mobile character who uses bows, daggers, and swords. According to the leak, Diablo 4 will feature different class specializations tied to factions, as well as items that change appearance based on where you pick them up. Horses will be customizable in the game, and there will be a special PvP currency that can be used to buy cosmetic items.

In addition to the above info, the leak also revealed the existence of a Diablo 2 remake. According to PracticalBrush, the Diablo 2 remake will feature a switch to "flip the graphics on the fly", and will feature identical gameplay to the original Diablo 2. The game will feature remastered audio and cinematics, as well as gameplay improvements like a shared stash, an automatic gold pickup feature, and a shared stash. It'll be coming to PC and all major consoles including Nintendo Switch, and PracticalBrush says it'll feature cross-progression too. Unfortunately, the leak doesn't confirm whether Diablo 2 will feature cross-play. Expect official announcements regarding these leaks either today or tomorrow at BlizzConline.
An ongoing saga of BlizzConline leaks
These Diablo leaks aren't all that has been revealed from this weekend's BlizzConline presentation. In addition to the Diablo info, a now-deleted PEGI listing suggests that Blizzard Arcade Collection is about to be announced too. It's a collection that brings together Lost Vikings, Rock'n'Roll Racing, and Blackthorne, three classic Blizzard games from the 90s. PEGI rated the collection 12, citing "moderate violence", mostly in Blackthorne.

The number of BlizzConline surprises are dwindling. Just yesterday, Blizzard accidentally leaked press releases for upcoming World of Warcraft content, including a new patch for Shadowlands and the existence of Burning Crusade Classic. Here's hoping there's some stuff coming up at BlizzConline that we don't already know about. We'll bring you more on upcoming Blizzard games as soon as we get it.
