Black Rose Valkyrie will also be available to pre-order including a Kosuke Fujima character book. A limited edition of the game will also be able to purchase for 9,936 Yen. The limited edition version will come with an artbook and CD.

Weekly Famitsu previously featured exclusive information about Black Rose Valkyrie, such as details about the story. The game takes place in an alternate history in which a mysterious virus begins turning humans and animals into monsters. It was also revealed that the game would include a traitor mechanic that will have a member of your party betray you if you don’t find them out.

This latest edition of Weekly Famitsu included further details about the title coming to Japan this summer. A preview of the powerful “Valkyrie” weapons was in the latest issue of the Japanese gaming magazine. The Valkyrie weapons are capable of fighting the “Chimera” that are threatening the world but using the weapon comes with a price. The special soldiers that use these weapons are also known as Valkyrie and must take a unique medicine that risks damaging their body and mind.

More information about voice actors was revealed in the magazine as well. Character Asahi Shiramine is voiced by Daisuke Namikawa. Suzuko Mimori, Nekomu Otogi, Izumi Kitta, Emi Nitta and Ayaka Ohashi all lend their voices to key characters in the game as well.

Visit the Black Rose Valkyrie website to keep up-to-date with news about the game. It will be released  in Japan for PS4 on June 30, 2016.
