Atelier Sophie and Nights of Azure Coming to PC

Koei Tecmo America has announced that their RPG development studio, Gust will be bringing their role-playing game titles to PC for the very first time. Starting with Nights of Azure and Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book, these games will be available through Steam in the new year. These two popular RPGs will be available on PC starting February 7, 2017.

Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book was originally released for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita and came West over the summer.  Now the game will become the first in the long-running Atelier series to come to PC. In Atelier Sophie you’ll play as the alchemist Sophie Neuenmuller who discovers a mysterious book imbued with a soul. She’ll then embark on a journey to return the books memories and learn the secrets of alchemy. Our review of the game for PlayStation 4 can be found here.

Nights of Azure

Nights of Azure is a completely new story from Gust with an original world and characters. This dark toned RPG is set in a world plagued by demons, powerful knight Arnice sets out to try and rid an island from the demon threat with the help of her good friend the priestess Lilysse. The second installment in the Nights of Azure series will be coming out soon in Japan but PC gamers can experience the first game in the series in February. Recently released screenshots show both the games running on Windows PC’s for the first time. The games look good in their PC debut showcasing their anime-esque art style and interesting stories.

Both Nights of Azure and Atelier Sophie: The Alchemist of the Mysterious Book were rated T for teen on PS4 however, the PC version has not yet been rated. Both titles will be available on Steam on February 7, 2017.
