The American Truck Simulator Wyoming DLC release date has finally been revealed — you'll be able to drive through the home of Yellowstone National Park in less than two weeks.
American Truck Simulator is (as you might expect) a simulation game about driving trucks that's set in the United States of America. The game is a spinoff of the Euro Truck Simulator franchise.. (SCS Software is pretty straightforward with its game names like that.)
A fair few pieces of DLC have come out since American Truck Simulator first launched back in 2016 and the next one's on the way — check out this cool new trailer for the Wyoming DLC!
Wyoming is one of the least populated states in the union, but that's probably pretty good news for a trucker: navigating the tight streets of a city can be a royal pain in the trailer. There's also the nice bonus of having all of Wyoming's gorgeous natural scenery in the background.
The addition of this state continues the game's expansion across the United States. The American Truck Simulator Texas DLC is probably the next release after this one, meaning that SCS Software is, quite literally, going Eastbound and down for its upcoming DLC releases.
When is the American Truck Simulator Wyoming DLC Release Date?
The American Truck Simulator Wyoming DLC release date is September 7, 2021, according to a Steam Community announcement.
This new DLC will probably be priced at the same $11.99 or your regional equivalent as the other state expansions. You can't pre-order the DLC just yet, but you can add the American Truck Simulator Wyoming DLC to your wishlist on Steam. In the meantime, those of you with a hankering for hittin' the road can buy American Truck Simulator on Steam for PC, Mac, and Linux for $19.99.
