Team Luna for Amazon Luna has announced that they're adding more features and goodies for the cloud gaming platform. This includes a new game channel (with another one coming soon), device bundles, Luna Couch, and more.

As of right now, the collection of Luna Game Channels includes Luna+, the platform's flagship channel with over 95 games so far, Ubisoft+ Channel for $14.99 a month, the upcoming Retro Gaming Channel, and the new Family Channel for $2.99 a month. The Family Channel is the new addition for today, and focuses on a curated selection of games that the whole family can play.

There's also the aforementioned Luna Couch, which allows players to play cooperative and multiplayer games without having to be physically located in the same room. Neat.

Amazon has also added free games for Amazon Prime Members to their cloud gaming service, along with new device bundles and discounts for both an Amazon Fire TV Stick 4K Max + a Luna Controller along with Amazon Fire tablet gaming bundles.

What's the new Amazon Luna Channel?

To start, The Family Channel ($2.99 per month) is launching today with 35 games, and these include SpongeBob SquarePants: Battle for Bikini Bottom – Rehydrated, Garfield Kart – Furious Racing, Space Otter Charlie, DreamWorks Dragons: Dawn of New Riders, and more. Other games include El Hijo - A Wild West Tale, Pile Up! Box by Box!, Spitlings, and Gianna Sisters: Twisted Dreams

On the Luna+ Channel, Smite and Mega Man 11 are new titles that are launching on the service today.

The Ubisoft+ Channel ($14.99 per month as part of the Ubisoft + Founder's pricing promotion) now includes unlimited access to stream 30 of Ubisoft's games. As one would expect, these include most of Ubisoft's latest titles such as Assassins Creed: Valhalla, Immortals Fenyx Rising, Watch Dogs: Legion, Rainbow Six Siege, Ghost Recon, and The Division.

Last but not least for the Luna Game Channels is the upcoming Retro Gaming Channel, which will include games from publishers Atari, SNK, and more.

What's Luna Counch?

As seen in the above video, Luna Couch will allow players to play cooperative and multiplayer games together with their supported PCs, Macs, Fire TVs, iOS phones and tablets, and Android phones even if they're not in the same physical location, much like Steam's Remote Play Together feature. If you want to play a local game with a buddy halfway across the world on Amazon Luna, now you can do so.

Luna Prime Offer
The Luna Prime offer through September 15.

If you want some more goodies through your Amazon Prime subscription, there's four games (beginning today through September 15) that are available through Amazon Luna. These are Resident Evil 7: Biohazard, Metro Exodus, Katamari Damacy REROLL, and Monster Boy and the Cursed Kingdom.

What are the Amazon device bundles?

New device bundles and discounts for Amazon Luna begin with the combo of a new Fire TV Stick 4K Max and the Luna Controller for a limited time price of $99. If you want to know what the new Fire TV Stick is capable of, it is 40% more powerful than the last Stick and supports Wi-Fi 6, which means that it supports an auto low-latency mode to better support cloud gaming.

If you're not about that life there's also some Amazon Fire Tablet gaming bundles, which include a Amazon Fire HD 10 tablet and Luna Controller for $156 for a limited time. If you want a smaller tablet, the Amazon Fire HD 8 tablet and Luna Controller are going for $116 for a limited time.
