The Alliance Alive

Sad news for those looking forward to the upcoming release of FuRyu’s RPG The Alliance Alive. The company announced today that the release date for the fantasy 3DS game is getting pushed back. The original release date for the title was March 30th in Japan however, instead of getting the game at the end of this month as expected, gamers will have to wait until the summer for a June 22nd launch date.

The Alliance Alive is an all new fantasy RPG meant to capture the gameplay of classic games of the genre using modern technology. The story features 9 main characters living in a diverse world ruled over by the authoritarian Asmodians. Players will get to travel and battle their way across this new and interesting setting when the game becomes available this summer.

In a press release announcing the game’s delay it’s explained that The Alliance Alive is getting pushed back in order to further improve the quality of the game and deliver a more satisfying experience. FuRyu apologizes to those that were awaiting the title’s release. To try and make up for the disappointment and inconvenience they are adding a special soundtrack album and 5 sets of 3DS themes to go along with pre-ordering the game.
