Gazillionaire, the fantasy (although it's more like sci-fi) business simulation game, is making the jump to Steam. Players can try out the demo now before the game releases in 2020.

Developed by LavaMind, Gazillionaire has players running a trading company amongst a series of planets. As one of the earliest business simulators, the game will have players cutting deals, cornering the market, and outwitting competitors to build their business empire. It's a formula we've seen done in video games many times over the years, but Gazillionaire was one of the first.

We were able to speak to the developers and ask them about Gazillionaire and their other games, we've listed the responses below:

TR) Is this move coming because of the discontinuation of Flash Support next year?
A) Yes. We made the decision because we want our games to continue to be available for those who enjoy them.

TR) Will the versions on Steam feature any sort of ability to connect over the internet to play, replacing the old play by email that Gazillionaire Deluxe had?
A) You can play hot seat, but you won't be able to play with remote friends.

TR) Is there a planned order or will all of them be released at once?
A) We plan on releasing Gazillionaire first, then Zapitalism and then Profitania.

When we asked about the release window and price of the game the window was in question at the time but the game will launch for $19.99 with a launch discount.

You can find the Steam page for Gazillionaire here. If you're interested in trying out the game, you can try out the free demo available on the game's page. We'd also like to thank LavaMind for responding to our questions.
