This Stranded: Alien Dawn Crafting Guide will tell you how Crafting works and lists all of the items we've found that you can Craft in the game!

How Stranded: Alien Dawn Crafting Works

Stranded: Alien Dawn Crafting requires you to have unlocked the necessary Crafting Recipes through Research in most cases. You then must build the appropriate Crafting Station.

Once you have the Crafting Station built, you'll have to gather the required materials, assign a Survivor to Crafting, and have them get to work.

It should be noted that Stranded: Alien Dawn Crafting carries the possibility of failure -- a certain Crafting Skill level is required to absolutely ensure success. Train up your Crafters by having them make less important items so you don't waste resources.

Additionally, some of these Crafting recipes can only be unlocked with a Breakthrough. You might not have the required Breakthrough available at the start of the game; in those cases, you'll have to work on Exploration in order to discover more.
