You can fill your stomach with some good Food and take shelter from Storms by Building a nice house, but you're inevitably going to take damage from fighting an enemy or an environmental hazard like a fall. Read on to learn how to create the Healing items you'll need to fix your bruises!
How to Restore Health in Smalland
There are two main ways to restore Health in Smalland:
- Eat Food and get your Nourishment about 70 to trigger automatic healing.
- Use a Healing item such as a Simple Bandage.
Simple Bandages are a good emergency solution if your health is low, but your best bet for keeping your Health up is to ensure that you have a full (or close to full) Nourishment bar.
How to Get Healing Items in Smalland
You can easily get Healing items in Smalland by Building a Workbench, collecting Fiber, and Crafting a Simple Bandage at the Workbench. More complex items will require additional ingredients and other workbenches such as the Apothecary Table.
How to Unlock More Healing Items in Smalland
You can most easily unlock more healing items by finding Honey Crumble laying on the ground -- this will let you make the next tier of bandage called the Healing Patch. After that, however, you're going to need to progress through the tech tree to unlock the Apothecary Table so you can make some of the best healing items.
