Yoichi's Target Practice Quest
During your early progression through the story int the quest Grove Lumber Hunt, you'll run into a set of targets in the summer region. Destroying them with a bow will cause Yoichi to appear. He's placed targets across Azuma, and has rewards for anyone that destroys them all.
His targets come in groups, with 8 sets to be found in total. You can track how many you've already completed under Azuma Quests in the quest list.
Target Locations
Below is the locations of each set of targets, roughly in the order you'll find them during normal progression in Guardians of Azuma. Some are found in required areas, while others are off the beaten track.

Reward For Finding All Targets
For successfully shooting down every target, you'll gain the Yoichi's Bow crafting recipe and the Yoichi's Target decoration. Yoichi's Bow has 1549 ATK, while Yoichi's Target has the Pure Azuma and Warring States categories — categories are useful for a village's scenic score, but doesn't give stats.
