The Quarry's Tarot Cards can be some of the trickiest collectibles to find, so we've created this guide to help you gather them all in one fell swoop.
Why You Should Find Every Tarot Card in The Quarry
Like the other collectibles in the game, the 22 Tarot Cards serve more than to tick off a list of items you've found. Each one offers a hint as to what choices you should - or shouldn't - make to get every character out alive by morning.
Not only that, but they're linked to the fairly rare Decked Out Trophy and Achievement which you'll need if you're looking to complete the game 100 percent.
With that said though, it is worth mentioning that getting every Tarot Card will force you into a specific playthrough path. If you aim to find all 22 Cards in a single playthrough, you'll be locked out of finding all of the Clue collectibles as one is only obtainable by passing up on a Card.
So long as you're willing to accept this, the process for finding the full set of Tarot Cards is a manageable and streamlined process which we've mapped out in detail down below.
Where to Find the Tarot Card in the Prelude
The first of The Quarry's Tarot Cards can be found during the Prelude section. After Laura heads into the woods to look for the old woman she saw, turn back toward the camera and make your way to the left side of a rounded path. The camera angle will switch to reveal The Fool sitting on a nearby rock.
Where to Find The Quarry's Tarot Card in Chapter 1
Next up is the Tarot Card found in Chapter 1 of The Quarry. This one can be found by Jacob after he makes his way into Hackett lodge and goes down to the first floor.
Before picking up the bags to load them into the van, look in the back corner for the entrance to the kitchen. Head inside, and the camera angle will shift to show the Temperance card leaning against a cooking pot.
Where to Find the Tarot Card in Chapter 2
After that, there's one Tarot Card to find in Chapter 2. Note that in order to obtain this collectible, you'll need to lock yourself out of getting one of the game's Clues permanently.
When you're tasked with choosing a path for Nick and Abi to walk down, choose the Rocky Road. Stay on the main path and don't go down the offshoot with the Falling Rocks warning sign.
Before long, the camera will shift to reveal the Hanged Man card on a nearby ledge.
Where to Find The Quarry's Tarot Cards in Chapter 3
Chapter 3 of The Quarry has two Tarot Cards to track down. One is impossible to miss, while the other can be easy to pass over if you aren't careful.
After gaining control of Abi, follow the main path until the perspective shifts to reveal a route through the middle of the woods. Turn down this path, and continue on until you approach a tree with moss draped over a broken branch to its left. As you get closer to the tree, the camera will shift to reveal the Tower card stuck to the tree's trunk.
For the second card, wait until you take control of Jacob. Once you do, simply walk into the boat house and the camera will reveal the Star card on the side of a wooden support pillar.
Where to Find the Tarot Cards in Chapter 4
Following these are the Tarot Cards in Chapter 4 of The Quarry. Again, there are two to find, with one that's easy to miss and one that's a gimme.
After taking control of Emma, turn around and head back to the island's pier. Go all the way to the edge of the pier, and the camera will reveal the Magician card.
After that, wait until the scene where the larger group goes back to Hackett Lodge. As they're entering through the front doors, the Strength card will be in the frame and can be triggered with a button prompt.
Where to Find The Quarry's Tarot Cards in Chapter 5
Next up are two Tarot Cards in Chapter 5. Both can be found as Dylan, and require a bit of exploration to uncover.
Once Dylan and Ryan reach the cabin area, head toward the large tree at the center and look for the two picnic tables. Walk in between them, and the camera will shift to reveal the Devil card.
Once you've triggered the Devil card, head up toward the radio building. Before going inside, go toward the left side of the radio tower to your left. Before you reach the left side of its base, the camera will reveal the Hermit card.
Where to Find the Tarot Cards in Chapter 6
After that, there are two more Tarot Cards to find in The Quarry's sixth chapter. One can be found as Jacob, while the other can be found as Abi.
Once you take control of Jacob, Go along the wooden walkway until you come to the stairs leading down off of it. Go down the stairs, and then make an immediate turn left down a hidden side path. After proceeding far enough, the camera will shift to show the Justice card.
After that, continue playing normally until you switch to controlling Abi. Head toward the shower area and then go into the middle stall. As you walk toward the back of the stall, the Moon card will be revealed.
Where to Find The Quarry's Tarot Cards in Chapter 7
Next up are two Tarot Cards you can find in Chapter 7. Each one is only available at certain points in the chapter, so be sure not to miss them by rushing through.
The first can only be found when Laura first wakes up in her cell. As soon as you gain control of her, walk away from the cell door and then back toward it. Doing so will reveal the World card stuck to the leg of her bed.
After that, proceed normally through the chapter until Laura can move freely outside her cell. Go out into the main room of the police station and walk in between the four desks there. The Chariot card will be revealed once you reach the center.
Where to Find the Tarot Cards in Chapter 8
Chapter 8 of The Quarry is where it starts to get much harder to find every Tarot Card. There are four in total to find, with two restricted to Laura and two restricted to Ryan.
The first can be found after you reach the stone walkway in the upper levels of the mine. Proceed until you come to an outcropping to your left and then walk out onto it. The camera will reveal the Lovers card near a support rail.
After that, continue on until you reach the pathway blocked by a plank of wood. Tear it away with a quick time event, and then proceed forward until the camera shifts to reveal the Wheel card.
From there, continue through the area until you take control of Ryan. Once you do, go into the room on the left with the Rum Stills you can examine. as you get closer to them, the Empress card will be revealed nearby.
Once that card is found, circle around into the room on the opposite side. As you walk through it, the Emperor card can be seen stuck to an archway.
Where to Find the Quarry's Tarot Cards in Chapter 9
Chapter 9 is likewise flush with Tarot Cards to find. Each of the four characters you take control of can only find one as well, making it paramount that you get each one immediately.
The first can be found as Ryan. After he escapes into a locked room via the dumbwaiter, walk toward the center of the room. The Death card will come into view from the top of a cabinet.
Following that card is the one found as Laura. As she makes her way upstairs and into the room with the breaker box, the camera will automatically reveal the Sun card stuck to the bay window frame.
Next up is the card Dylan can find. As you make your way into the scrapyard proper, veer left and go through the metal tunnels until they empty you out near some blue crates. Climb up onto the crates via a nearby staircase and then turn left. As you make your way forward, the Judgement card will be revealed.
Finally, there's the card you can find as Abi. After taking control of her in the storage cellar, head toward the staircase leading back outside. As you get closer to the door, the Hierophant will be revealed from back in a corner.
Where to Find the Tarot Card in Chapter 10
Last but not least, there's the Tarot Card to be found in Chapter 10 of The Quarry.
While exploring Hackett Lodge as Kaitlyn, make your way up to the second floor and toward the room with bunkbeds. Take the staircase up to the third level nearest to this room, and then head toward the window looking out into the woods.
As you get closer to the window, the camera will shift to reveal the High Priestess card up in the rafters.
