How to Upgrade the Potion Permit House and Clinic

You can upgrade your Potion Permit House and Clinic by going to Bulk and Build during its normal business hours. Once you're there, interact with the cash register and make your selection; the upgrade will happen instantly.

Aside from upgrading buildings, Bulk and Build is also home to a number of interesting furniture items. These items are purely cosmetic, but they sure are great for making your House look nice!

How to Upgrade the Carpenter in Potion Permit

You can upgrade the Carpenter by opening up access to the next area of the game. Gaining access to the Glaze Iceberg will cause a new notification to pop up on the Bulletin Boards in town, prompting you to gather resources to upgrade the shop. The second upgrade requires resources found in the Glaze Iceberg, and the third upgrade requires resources found in the Barren Wasteland.

These Potion Permit House upgrades can add some nice conveniences to your home, though don't expect to get them all right away -- you'll have to upgrade the Carpenter through a Task to access higher tiers.

Kitchen Renovation

• Result - Unlocks Cooking

House Expansion 1

• Result - Doubles the size of your bedroom.
• Cost - 3,500 Gold, 825 Wood, 975 Stone

House Expansion 2

• Result - Adds more space in your bedroom.
• Cost - 7,000 Gold, 2,475 Wood, 2,925 Stone.

Post Drop Box Upgrade 1

• Result - Adds a row to the Post Drop Box.
• Cost - 1,500 Gold, 250 Wood, 250 Stone

Post Drop Box Upgrade 2

• Result - Adds a row to the Post Drop Box.
• Cost - 3,000 Gold, 750 Wood, 750 Stone

Post Drop Box Upgrade 3

• Result - Adds a row to the Post Drop Box.
• Cost - 6,000 Gold, 2,250 Wood, 2,250 Stone
