Nobody - The Turnaround Housing is essential to survival and staying in a good mood. You're going to have a difficult time building a life if you're sleeping on the street, and that's reflected in the game.

Sleeping outdoors imposes several penalties on your Needs. Conversely, sleeping in a proper bed in a hotel or apartment can boost your Mood, Hygiene, Neatness, and Cool.

There are essentially three kinds of Housing in the game:

• Daily rentals (like hotels)
• Monthly rentals
• Purchased Condos

What Happens if you're Homeless in Nobody - The Turnaround?

If you're homeless in Nobody - The Turnaround, you'll lose points in Hygiene, Neatness, and Mood. You also run the risk of getting sick.

Where Do You Get an Apartment in Nobody - The Turnaround?

You can rent an apartment at Honest Realty on West Rd in Downtown. Keep in mind that you'll need to set aside some money for Utilities, too.

Best Housing in Nobody - The Turnaround

The best housing in Nobody - The Turnaround is the Prestige Two-Bedroom. Unfortunately, it's also the priciest -- it will cost you 1,200,000¥ to buy it.

Cheapest Housing in Nobody - The Turnaround

Surprisingly, the cheapest housing in Nobody - The Turnaround isn't any of the nightly hotels -- it's actually the Lousy Apartment, the cheapest apartment in the game. The Lousy Apartment costs 600¥/month plus a 600¥ deposit. Divide that by 30 days and factor in the 5¥/day utility charge, and you get a total of 45¥/day.

Now, I'm no math expert, but even I recognize that 45¥/day is more expensive than the cheapest 20¥/day rooms. However, there are two things to consider. First, that's only for the first month -- the cost drops to 25¥/day after that. The benefits you get for that extra 5¥/day are a shower you can use any time, laundry you can use anytime, television, space for PC, storage space, and a completely private apartment. It's worth every penny as soon as you can afford the 1,300¥ for the deposit, the first month's rent, and the deposit into the utility account.
