New Pokemon Snap Foundja Jungle Pokemon Guide

The New Pokemon Snap Founja Jungle is a level dense with Pokemon high and low. This is definitely a course where you will need to keep your eyes moving or you’ll miss a great shot or even Pokemon that briefly appear. 

As you play and take pictures, you’ll increase your research level for the area, which unlocks new Pokemon and features, so take lots of different pictures on each run. Pokemon like Venusaur, Leafeon, and the legendary Mew might not appear at first but they will appear alongside other Pokemon as your research rank increases. 

This guide will list the available Pokemon, along with the 3/4-Star opportunities we managed to find. I’ll continue to play and you should too because you never know what these Pokemon will do next as you continue your exploration in the world of Pokemon.

New Pokemon Snap Foundja Jungle — 3-Star Opportunities 

Pikipek 

There’s a Pikipek on the side of a tree near the start of the level. He’s on your right as soon as you pass under the log Aipom runs across. He’s pecking loudly and the noise will help draw your eyes as you get closer. Snap a picture for an easy 3-Star rating. There’s another one near Quagsire in the swamp pond too if you miss it. 

Wooper

There’s another tree shortly after the tree with the pecking Pipipek at the beginning of the level. Wooper is near it and they will open their mouth. Snap a shot quickly while they’re moving. You can hit them in the head with an apple to get a cute, angry photo too. 

Beautifly  

As you approach the waterfall, Beautifly will be flying over the water in front of it. This will be on your left after passing the Liepard on top of the rock. Take a photo from above the Beautifly or when they’re on your left. As long as they’re flying over the water and centered in good view, you should get a 3-star rating. 

Slaking 

After passing under the log with the running Aipom, start throwing Fluff Fruit to your left. There’s a Slacking out of view that you’ll see soon enough. You need to hit them with several Fluff Fruit before he turns around. Take a picture as soon as he does because he will eventually roll back over to go back to sleep. 

Magikarp

There are a few Magikarp in the water in front of the waterfall toward the end of the level. If you toss Fluff Fruit near it then they’ll gleefully start eating it. Grab a picture for a cute memory and 3 easy stars. 

Ariados (Night)

There’s a huge spider web on your left toward the beginning. You can’t miss it. The game will suggest a scan so just watch for the indicator and you’ll find it quickly. If you watch above and to the right when you’re here at night, you’ll see Ariados up in the leaves. Grab a few photos to make sure you get a good shot. As long as it’s visible and centered enough, you should get 3 stars with no issues. 

New Pokemon Snap Foundja Jungle — 4-Star Opportunities

Quagsire 

The Quagsire in the swamp pond will have an Aipom jump on his head as you pass. Grab a picture during the moment for 4 stars. Another good opportunity for a 4-star shot is at the end of the level;when you see Quagmire standing near the waterfall, watch closely because eventually they will jump into the water. Be prepared to take a quick picture and you’ll get 4-stars.

Pikipek

After you pass the swamp pond, there will be a tree with a hole in it on your left. Throw Fluff Fruit in it and then keep your eyes there and get ready to follow a Pikipek with your lens. It will fly into the tree, grab a Fluff Fruit and then fly ahead of you. Grab a picture for 4 stars and keep snapping photos while it flies if you miss it. It’s in view for several seconds so you should have time. 

New Pokemon Snap Foundja Jungle — Secret Areas

There’s no illumina area for this level but there are secret routes to discover. 

The first one can only be discovered at night. Keep your eyes open for a glowing plant on your left early on in the level. Scan near it and you’ll see glowing footprints. This will unlock a path on the left, which will allow for some great pictures. 

The second secret is near the end of the level. When you approach the Liepard that sleeps on the rock, start hitting it with Illumina Orbs quickly. When it gets up and leaves, start scanning near the rock and you’ll discover a path behind the waterfall. 

This level will take several tries to find everyone. There’s so much to explore in this dense and beautiful forest. Don’t be afraid to explore and look all around you and behind you, especially at the beginning of the stage. You never know when something is right behind you, waiting to be captured.
