Unsuur is a bit of an enigma. Quiet, reserved, and easy to miss - Unsuur is a member of the Civil Corps in Sandrock. There's not much known about him before he came to Sandrock, but he reports to Justice and you'll work with him a few times as you seek to keep the town safe. Unsuur tends to wander the city throughout the day. You'll find him near the civil corps in the morning, then usually he heads counter clockwise around the city, stopping to hang out by Hugo's shop or out in the desert.
