There are a couple of ways to access Relic Record I, both in area 3. You can either go through the lower waterway, or (as shown in the first image above), jump down the well. Either way, there is a hidden room partway down the well. Heading through here and down the single pathway — you can also bomb the red door to reach some extra items — to reach Relic Record I.

Climbing all the way to the top of the wall just outside area 14 will lead you to Relic Record III. This is easier to do if you grab an extra wirebug beforehand.

You'll need to bring some some bombs for this one — either multiple small, or one regular/large. In the waterways between areas 2 and 3 you can find a large red door, which can be destroyed by bombs. Simply blow it up, and Relic Record IV and some mining nodes will be yours.

Some climbing is need for this Relic Record, so grab a spare wirebug beforehand. There's a wall at the top of area 10, featuring a number of ruined structures. Climbing most of the way to the top will reveal a small cave, which can be stopped at to recharge your wirebugs. From there, jump back out and head to the western part of the wall. There's another hidden area featuring Relic Record VI. This one can be slightly tricky, since it's surrounded by walls that you can climb on.

There are a couple of entrances leading to the caves holding Relic Record VII, though the one shown above is the most convenient. From there, head through the tunnels until you reach a small shrine in front of a hole. If you're after some extra Kamura Points, this cave system is also a great place to farm them due to an abundance of Crystal Clusters.

Relic Record VIII is in the top part of a short tower in area 12.

There's a long cave in area 13 leading to a hidden fishing spot. However, the Relic Record is found early on in the cave, resting on a small ledge lit by the sun (or the moon if you visit Citadel during the night). It's also possible to drop down to the ledge by going through the hollow tree also found in area 13.

Monster Hunter Rise: Sunbreak Citadel Relic Record X

Relic Record X

The final Relic Record is all the way to the north of area 4. Just climb up the mountainous area to reach the small part of the map that sticks out, before following that path to the end. It's also possible to fish in the pool right behind Relic Record X.
