There are six Kyber bricks to unlock in each level of Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga. One for completing the level, three for filling up the stud gauge all the way to True Jedi, one for collecting all minikits and one for completing all three level challenges. In this guide, we'll show you how to get all of the minikits and challenges, as well as outline what characters are unlocked by completing the level Destroying Starkiller in Episode VII.

For getting all of the minikits in this level, you'll receive the resistance x-wing microbuild.

Destroying Starkiller Minikit #1

You can just about make out the /10 marker behind that explosion there.

The first minikit in the level should be pretty easy to pick up. When you get into the trench run section, the sides of the trench are lined with lots of small white turrets. Take out 10 of these to receive the first minikit.

If you can see where that explosion is in the distance, that's where you need to look.

The next minikit can also be found during the trench run, but right at the very end. As you approach the end of the run, keep an eye out right in the middle of the trench close to the bottom. While you're going pretty fast, this minikit is quite obvious and shouldn't be too hard for you to get.

Destroying Starkiller Minikit #3

That minikit is so tantalizingly close!!

Minikit 3 is only available on free play mode, as you'll need a character with force powers. In the second area that you fight Kylo Ren, there will be a tree with a minikit in it. Use the force to build a tower with the stacking blocks and climb up to grab your prize.

Not exactly an inspired hiding place

The next minikit is soon after the last one. Once you climb up the fallen Tie Fighter, you will quickly come to a fork in the road. Head down the right side and look to your left to find this minikit hiding amongst the rocks.

Destroying Starkiller Minikit #5

Look everyone, it's the least confusing type of minikit obstacles.

Practically across the path from the last minikit, you should see a wall section that can be destroyed using Rey's Breaker Blaster. Inside is the final minikit that you'll need.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Destroying Starkiller Level Challenges

  • Heck of a Pilot! - During the very first section of the level, use your roll ability to get out of at least 3 enemy lock-ons to earn this challenge.
  • Snow Joke - When you reach the second area where you're fighting against Kylo Ren, there will be some snow chunks that you can destroy (if you can wrestle the camera anyway.) Rebuild them into a snowman, then use a force-capable character to pick it up and throw it at him (obviously requiring free play.)
  • Keep a Cool Head - For this one, you'll need to shoot 5 helmets from the heads of the Snowtroopers. To do this, swap to Finn after Kylo Ren runs off and aim your blaster directly at the top of the helmets of the Snowtroopers who attack you.

Lego Star Wars: The Skywalker Saga Destroying Starkiller Character Unlocks

You'll get your hands on some relatively decent character unlocks for clearing this first section of the final trilogy, especially if you like aggressively heavy-looking lightsabers:

  • Rey (Episode VII - Starkiller Base)
  • Jess Pava
  • Kylo Ren
  • Kylo Ren (No Helmet)
