There are a number of different treasure maps you can find in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II. From simple ones that are a few lines to detailed maps that show exact entrances and paths to take, these treasure maps can be difficult to solve. Not only that, but getting the maps can be part of random fast travel events, found at a point of interest, or part of an innkeeper's rumor. To get the treasure, here are all the treasure maps and their locations in Kingdom Come: Deliverance II.
Trosky Region Treasure Maps
Drowner's Map

To find the Drowner's Map, speak with the Innkeeper at Zhelejov Wagoner's Inn. He'll give you the location of the two young lads that discovered a water goblin's treasure. They're found down in the southwestern part of the area at the bathing spot along Rockwater Pond.
The water goblin's treasure is on the opposite side of the lake. You'll find a closed jug in the marshy edge of the water. Opening it reveals 125 Groschen.

Vidlak Bandit's Map
You get this map off a bandit at a camp in the northwest of the Trosky region. If you don't explore the area, you're most likely going to encounter these bandits while searching for the gamekeeper's horse Pipek.

The map brings you down to a hollow tree in the river where it offshoots into a smaller stream. This is to the east of a deer hunting area. Looking around, there's no treasure on first glance. Search the water at the roots of the tree to find a Tin Plate and Silver Cup, upon which Henry remarks that it can't be all of the treasure.
Follow the water until the river meets the larger Vidlak Pond. There you'll find a chest filled with 300 Groschen, a Golden Crucifix, another Silver Cup, and two more Tin Plates.

Caught Thief's Map
This map is originally in the possession of Black Bartosch, the knight from Prague loyal to Otto von Bergow. You first meet him after completing the main quest Back in the Saddle. He will spar with you or train you in different techniques at the combat arena in Trosky Castle. If you win against him in the arena he'll give you the map. You can also buy it from him for 250 Groschen. Otherwise, you'll need to steal it from him. Black Bartosch doesn't disappear after the end of the game, so you can return to the castle and obtain the map if you missed it originally.

While it looks like the map destination is going to be in the Kuttenberg Region, it is in Trosky. Head southeast down to Nebakov, detailed as the small buildings towards the top. Suchdol is to the south, which is somewhat accurate when traveling between the regions. From the town go east to the Thief's Camp, where a lone enemy waits. Take him out to have access to the camp without interruption.
There's a single chest in the camp that is a hard level lock. It contains an Engraved Gemstone Ring, Weak Marigold Decoction, four pieces of Frankfurt Steel, two Bandages, and 328 Groschen.

Treasure map - Second
This is a map you can potentially obtain via an event while fast travelling. It shows Zhelejov, along with a small map to the west.
The treasure is actually further away from Zhelejov than the map initially suggests, taking you all the way along the river then north into a ravine. On the left side of the ravine, you'll be able to make it onto a cluster of rocks.
To actually reach the skeleton holding the treasure, you'll need to jump across the gap between the stones. This might take a couple of tries (the game isn't exactly made for any sort of platforming) so drink a Saviour Schnapps before trying.
You'll find a skeleton with a bag. Said bag contains two silver rings, a Coin Sword Pommel, a Golden Cup and Silver Chalice, and 183 Groschen.
Kuttenberg Region Treasure Maps
Treasure Map - Third

This is another map gained from a fast travel event. The map itself is pretty detailed, showing Kuttenberg and some of the hidden entrances to the underground. To find this treasure, take the Kuttenberg Underground entrance that's found in a ruined building to the south of the city.

Once you enter the underground, take the first left before the archway. Follow the path until it splits, then head to the right. This should still have water flowing through it. You'll enter a room with three entrances branching off from it, with the treasure under the third. On the right side you'll see the circular symbol that matches the map.

The loot bag is hidden amongst the rubble. It contains a Scapular with aperture, The Strength of the Knight 3 skill book, and 210 Groschen.
Map from Chest by Sedletz
This map is near the hidden ladder along the outer wall of the Sedletz Monastery. It's rather detailed compared to other maps, showing the pond with a large tree near the monastery and small building beyond that.

Head across the pond to find the building, which is pinned as a Love Nest on the region map. Inside you'll find different food items and a silver cup, as well as the skill book The Art of Demosthenes 3.
Smuggler's Map

This map is found on the dead body of a smuggler in the tunnels under Kuttenberg. It shows a town to the west of Kuttenberg, but under Grund and above Miskowitz. Along with that, there are farm lands across from the town and three smaller buildings to the town's west. This depicts Old Kutna and the abandoned mining area to the west of it.

Specifically, the map circles the Locked Dugout, which is the farther building when exploring the area. You'll need to unlock the dugout door, but inside you'll find a variety of items the smugglers were stashing.
