There are a number of locations that are restricted to Indy whether he's dressed as himself or as a clergyman but with the Blackshirt disguise you'll be able to walk through them almost freely. Use this guide to learn how to disguise yourself and make your adventure just that little bit easier.

How To Obtain The Blackshirt Disguise

You can first obtain the Blackshirt Disguise after you've gained access to the open-world portion of Vatican City, that means you've already completed the prologue and the section in Castel Saint'Angelo.

Once you've left the Apostolic Library and are in the Courtyard exit through the western path and then head South. After getting through the flowery courtyard head East and then make your way into a doorway on your right. Follow the stairs up and you'll end up on a ledge overlooking a small courtyard with three Fascists in it.

Use your Whip to safety descend into the courtyard and take out all of the Fascists. By the tent at the far end of the courtyard you'll see the Blackshirt Uniform. You can now change into your Blackshirt uniform at any time when unobserved by accessing your inventory and selecting it.

While you'll be able to get by most Blackshirts with this disguise the Captains will still grow suspicious of you. Luckily each restricted area normally only has one or two Captains so as long as you steer clear of them you'll have an easy time.

Enter the Underground Boxing Ring

The Blackshirt Disguise is integral if you're planning on entering the Underground Boxing Ring. You can find this west from the Courtyard and then while heading South look for a stairway to your right. Head down the stairs and knock on the door to be let into the Underground Boxing Ring.
