Make Money in Medieval Dynasty - May I have some coin?
Making money can be incredibly easy in Medieval Dynasty, depending on what you are trying to make money with. There is a multitude of options in the game that allow you to make money.
Don’t panic if at the start of the game, you struggle to make much money. It will take a while as you get access to supplies and begin crafting. Of course, there is always the option of selling raw materials to vendors around town. Like in plenty of other games, you can make money by selling quite literally anything to the vendors. Be it a plank of wood, a stone, whatever it is, you can sell it. It may not sell for much, but it is a start! In the early game, one of the best ways to make money is to make a 'Workshop I', and make products out of logs and wood that you have collected, and sell the goods from there.
Always double-check the prices of items. This is so you know how many materials are being used, how much the product will weigh, and how many items can be made in crafting. It is an easy mistake to sell more than you should have or craft things that are too heavy, and then you become over-encumbered, unable to carry your items to vendors. Whilst it has the potential to make you 10% more money depending on what you are selling, the multiple trips into town may not be worth it, depending on how far you are from town, and how much it will cost you in time, as time is a limited resource too.
It is important to remember that the merchants will always be found in Medieval Dynasty’s towns, as seen on the map. This is something to keep in mind for when you are settling, as you don’t want to be too far from a town if you plan to sell your wares.
Crafted goods or cooked food will generally always make you more money than raw materials. Depending on what you’ve crafted, the prices will vary. Another thing to note is that not every town will have the merchants you need for what it is you plan to sell. There will generally be 2-4 merchants in each town. If you are unsure which kind of merchant you need, you can ask a villager and they will tell you which towns have the specific merchants you need. On the map, they will show up as a bag icon. Depending on the kind of merchant, it will have a different symbol on the compass. For example, the farm merchant will have a little bag with a wheat stalk on it.
Make Money in Medieval Dynasty - Exploration yields results
Surprisingly, one of the other ways to make money is to explore. This is because there is a possibility that you can find gold just lying about. The gold will be hidden in certain places, such as on the island. On the island, there is a chance that you will find multiple items of loot, one of them being a 3000 gold pouch just lying on the ground, or 4000 gold under a pile of rocks. Exploring is something that is necessary within the game anyway, so who knows what you may find!
Overall there are a tonne of ways to find or make money, even if it means having to sell the smallest of things. There will be a point in the game where making money is easier, so don’t panic if you’re struggling to make coin early game, don’t rush it and you will be fine!
