This guide will tell you how to find The Interchange in Atomfall and what unique challenges you can expect to face at each of the four entrances in Slatten Dale, Wyndham Village, Casterfell Woods, and Skethermoor.

What is The Interchange in Atomfall?
The Interchange is a mysterious facility that connects the four major regions of Atomfall — Slatten Dale, Wyndham Village, Casterfell Woods, and Skethermoor — together with a series of underground tunnels. In addition to these tunnels, there are several labs found inside such as Robotics and Medical.
Aside from being your ultimate goal, The Interchange has a lot of crafting resources and useful items to discover as long as you have the necessary Atomic Batteries to open up access to the lower areas and power up the doors. Once the facility is fully powered, you will have multiple routes to travel between the zones.
A word of caution: after you've opened up sections of The Interchange, enemy troops such as Outlaws may move deeper into the facility. What was once a safe tunnel may now have half a dozen armed men patrolling it, and they will respawn if you kill them. Always be careful when moving through The Interchange in Atomfall!
How to Find The Interchange in Atomfall
There are a total of four entrances to The Interchange in Atomfall — one for each of the game's major zones. Here's how to find The Interchange in Atomfall on the map; after that, we'll explain what you can expect at each of the four entrances.

How to Find the Slatten Dale Entrance to The Interchange
The Slatten Dale entrance to The Interchange can be accessed by heading to the northeastern corner of the Slatten Dale map. The easiest path is to head into the Slate Mine Caves at 29.0E, 71.1N where you will also find the merchant Reg Stansfield. (Additionally, the Slate Mine Caves serve as a shortcut to Skethermoor.)
Once you're through the Slate Mine Caves, you must pass through the Outlaw Camp at 30.7E, 75.5N. The Outlaws can prove to be formidable enemies in the early game, but you can simply sneak past them carefully or run past them at full speed.
There are no other special concerns to worry about — once you reach the Slatten Dale entrance to The Interchange, you can head right inside with no other problems.
How to Find the Wyndham Village Entrance to The Interchange
The Wyndham Village entrance to The Interchange is a little more challenging to enter — it's under guard at all times, and stepping anywhere near the entrance counts as trespassing which will aggro the guard and the other Protocol Soldiers on the Wyndham Village map.
Fortunately, you can consistently sneak into the Wyndham Village Entrance by heading to the east of the entrance until you find a dirt path; this will allow you to get right up to the door before you're considered as "Trespassing." You can then sneak for the last few steps and walk inside without attracting any attention.
This entrance to The Interchange is considered off-limits for the vast majority of the game, so you'll have to sneak in every time you want to pass through this door if you don't wish to aggro the guards.
How to Find the Casterfell Woods Entrance to The Interchange
The Casterfell Woods entrance to The Interchange can be reached simply by heading west of the entrance to the Casterfell Woods map from Wyndham Village. Entering The Interchange from here is easy enough.
Unfortunately, the main lobby of the Casterfell Woods entrance is occupied by a small band of Outlaws. You'll have to either sneak past them or kill them outright to safely pass. Remember: enemies can and do respawn, so don't expect it to be perpetually safe if you've cleared the Outlaws out previously!
How to Find the Skethermoor Entrance to The Interchange
The Skethermoor Entrance to The Interchange is perhaps the most challenging entrance of all. It is located just north of the Protocol Camp on the Skethermoor map, and that's just the start of your problems. There are also alarms, turrets, and robots patrolling the nearby area, and any one of these things can be a serious issue.
The lobby area in the Skethermoor entrance to The Interchange appears to have been some administrative offices, and they have since been occupied by heavily armed Protocol Soldiers. As with Casterfell Woods, killing these enemies does not make the area safe forever; the Protocol Soldiers inside of the Skethermoor Entrance will eventually respawn.

How to Fast Travel in Atomfall
Strictly speaking, there is no true fast travel in Atomfall — you will have to walk everywhere in real time. However, there are four "hub" areas that serve as shortcuts that connect all of the major zones.
Firstly, Wyndham Village is central to the region and has paths to Slatten Dale, Casterfell Woods, and Skethermoor. You can safely pass through Wyndham Village at any time as long as you haven't angered the guards.
Next, The Interchange can be used to travel between the zones pretty rapidly. You'll have to power up each of the Data Centers with Atomic Batteries in order to open up more doors and increase the number of open paths between the halls. Keep in mind that this will also power up turrets, too, and you'll have to deal with them to make the area safe.
The Sewers connect to three of the four major areas in the region, but you'll need to find certain keys and clear out some enemies before you can truly use them to get around. (Skethermoor has no entrance to the Sewers.) As with other areas, the enemies found in the Sewers will eventually respawn, too.
Finally, the Slate Mine Caves connects Slatten Dale with Skethermoor as an alternate route between the regions.
