How to get Diablo 4 Skins from Twitch
There are a few simple steps to start earning skins by watching Twitch streams:
- Link your Battle.net account to Twitch via the Connections webpage.
- Head to the Diablo IV section of Twitch and find a stream with the tag "Drops" or "DropsEnabled" (this will usually be included in the stream title as well).
- Watch these streams during the listed times below to earn each reward.
The cosmetics offered will change each week, and you must watch a total of 6 hours each time to earn all the rewards. However, you can only start earning progress towards the 6 hour rewards after already claiming the 3 hour one via your Twitch inventory. Progress towards the drops can also be viewed there, or via the account drop down menu at the top right of Twitch.
After claiming a reward, it will be available on your connected account when you customise your character via a Wardrobe in any major town.

Diablo IV Primal Instinct Mount
You can also earn a Primal Instinct Mount skin via Twitch alongside these free drops. However, doing so requires cash — 2 gift subscriptions worth to be precise. By gifting these subs to eligible streamers (viewable here), you'll unlock this nightmarish mount for use in game, once you've met the requirements to use mounts on your character.
